Bruce has operated The Law Offices of Bruce Peotter since 1994. The Law Offices of Bruce Peotter provides proactive estate planning strategies to individuals and families looking to properly plan to fulfill their dreams and goals by maximizing the benefits to their heirs. We care about our clients and we take a personal interest in meeting their needs. Attorney Peotter is experienced in drafting proactive personal estate plans which he calls the Total Family Trust Plan.
Bruce has been practicing law since 1990 as a sole practitioner, as an associate attorney with a major international law firm and as General Counsel to a real estate developer. He is a member of both the California and Colorado Bars. Bruce also served as the Assistant Public Administrator/Public Guardian for the County of Orange for two years where he managed all aspects of the department, including a staff of 65 employees dedicated to helping over 1500 residents of Orange County who are unable to properly provide for their personal needs of physical health, food, clothing or shelter or who have left decedent estates with no one to administer the estates.
Bruce received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. His offices are located in Tustin, California and Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He resides in Highlands Ranch with his bride of 20 plus years, Kelly, and his two high school sons Mitchell and Ethan.
